This site has one data-collection point: the enquiry form on the Contact page. It asks for your name, email address, subject, and message. Only what you type into those fields is collected.

We do not collect payment details, account credentials, location data, or any other personal information. The site has no accounts, no shopping cart, and no user-generated content.

Submitted enquiries are relayed to our company mailbox so we can read your request and reply to the contact details you provided. That is the only use.

We do not add enquirers to mailing lists, build marketing profiles, or share contact details with third parties.

The form is processed by a mail-relay script on our web server, which sends the enquiry by authenticated SMTP to our own mailbox via our domain's mail server. No submission is stored in a database, written to a file, or kept by the web server beyond the moment of sending.

The enquiry then lives in normal email correspondence, in the same way an email you send us would.

We keep enquiry correspondence in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. If you ask us to delete your correspondence, we will do so.

If you have sent us an enquiry, you can ask us at any time: what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us at info@floratecuae.com with your request and we will respond.

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page. Where a change is significant, the date at the foot of this policy will move forward and the page should be re-read.
